FOUNDATION

Aldino’s Charity Foundation is established to carry out the mission of a great Italian missionary, Rev. Fr. Aldino Amato (1932-2021), who left his well-developed country to embrace the suffering mankind of Pakistan and dedicated the rest 60 years of his life for Pakistan (1962-2021), and enlightened the people without any discrimination of colour, cast and race. He built nonprofitable hospitals, schools, colleges and hostels for special persons. Therefore, Aldino’s Charity Foundation borrowed its name from Fr. Aldino Amato who is its inspiration.

Legal Status:
1. This is registered under the Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860
2. Registered under section 181c of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001
3. Registered under Punjab Charities Act, 2018
4. Registered with Economic Affairs Division Islamabad.

The major objectives of the foundation are:
To set up technical training centers, computer study centers & to provide free education, books, uniforms to the poor, needy and deserving students. To grant scholarships to the intelligent, deserving and hardworking students. To provide financial assistance to the poor, widows, needy and orphans. To create awareness for the welfare and education of women. To teach and educate people about the health care education and provide them free medical camps.

Aldino’s Charity Foundation aims for the people of limited sources, to have access to all the basic necessities of life, enabling them to earn respect and dignity for themselves and their future generation. As the director of Aldino’s Charity Foundation, I believe and destined to accomplish what mother Teresa said, “A life not lived for others is not a life”. Aldino’s Charity Foundation works day and night to reach out to such lonely and so-called unwanted people of our society backing them up and giving them the strength to be self-reliant and fight for their well-deserved rights. Right to education and right to health are some of the basic rights which every individual in this world should be provided with, irrespective of their social status. Aldino’s Charity Foundation leaves no stone unturned in ensuring that every individual who has been deprived of any of these for some the reasons, get the opportunity to enjoys his rights with liberty. At the same time our aim is not just teaching people but to empower them with the abilities to assure their basic rights and enjoy the equality and justice in the society.

I strongly believe that it is our duty and responsibility to give back to the society in which we live, in return of the many things we avail from it in our day-to day lives. The foundation as an organization stems from this root to give our best to mankind as an obligation. Mine and my team’s quest to serve the destitute, give s us the strength to work with full dedication, sincerity and honesty. We see a brighter Pakistan with this little initiative of ours and know that our struggle will bear fruit one day as we are not alone. The backbone of Aldino’s Charity Foundation is its volunteers, all supporters and well-wishers who help our foundation in different ways.
